According to the 11 o'clock news last night it was to be a terrible rainy cold day today. But, because I was in Stuttgart, things changed, and as you can see in the picture below it was a great day for wandering around, meeting friends for lunch, and sitting outside for coffee and onion pie later in the day. Onion pie you wonder...it is a seasonal specialty of this area. It is something akin to quiche, and is made either with or without bacon.
