Greetings from Dover AFB

Its 5:00 pm and I am checked in, but I won't know until 7:30 if I'm on the flight to Rota.  My car is in the long term parking lot and I'm ready to go....more than ready.  They have a really nice USO lounge here at the terminal with computers, TVs, reclining lounge chairs, snacks and a friendly staff.  I'll make my way over to the dining hall for dinner.  They allow retirees to eat in the dining hall here.  I don't know why, because I've never seen it allowed anywhere else.
